General conditions for participation in the Green Day event at the Magazzini Generali

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE SHOW

 

PURCHASING TICKETS

 

For this event it will be possible to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per user/transaction.

 

The tickets will be nominative and the name and surname of the person attending the show will be written on each one.

 

The only method of delivery available will be collection at the venue on the day of the show, it will not be possible to receive them in advance by delivery or e-ticket.

 

 

 

COLLECTION OF TICKETS

 

Tickets will only be collected at the venue the day of the show from 5.30 pm.

To collect your ticket, you will need to show your valid ID (photocopies will not be accepted).

 

Each ticket will be given to the single participant whose name appears on it: it will therefore not be possible for one person to collect more than one ticket, even if part of the same order.

 

 

CHANGE OF NAME

 

Any change of ticket name can only take place on the day of the show at the theatre box office: the original ticket holder must physically present him/herself together with the person replacing him/her. Both must show a valid identity document (photocopies will not be accepted).

 

If the original purchaser cannot be present, the substitute must bring (in addition to his/her own valid ID) an original ID from the first purchaser. Photocopies of documents or proxies will not be accepted.

 

RESALE

As requested by the Promoter, the resale will not be allowed for this show.
