We remind you that the ticket will not be put on sale until we receive a copy of it. You will receive further information by email.

Once we have received and checked the accuracy of the data sent, your ticket will be put on sale. The ticket resale is not guaranteed and will be successful only if your ticket is resold. 

You can always check the status of your requests in your account on in the section "My Requests".
