The Last Dinner Party | Barezzi Festival

The Teatro Regio of Parma is one of the most important theaters of tradition in Italy.

The theatre, willed by the duchess Maria Luigia d’Asburgo-Lorena, was designed by the architect Nicola Bettoli and inaugurated in 1829 with the opera Zaira by Vincenzo Bellini. The location can host up to 1200 spectators and has a 7000 squares meters space dedicated to the laboratories of tailoring and scenography where scenes and costumes for more than 40 operas were made.

Thanks to its acoustic and proportions, the Teatro Regio can accommodate different kind of events from dance to opera and concert. The theatre has host important artists known worldwide such as Maria Callas, Roberto Bolle and Carla Fracci.
