ANA CARLA MAZA "Caribe" Verona Jazz - Estate Teatrale Veronese

The Roman Theatre of Verona is an open-air theatre built in the 1st century B.C. at the foot of Colle San Pietro, on the left bank of the Adige river. It is one of the most important Roman theatres in Northern Italy. The theatre consists of the remains of the stage building, the orchestra, the cavea, two tiers of galleries and 3 terraces. Today it is part of the exhibition itinerary of the homonymous city archaeological museum, as well as a theatrical space and seat, during the summer season, dedicated to the theatrical summer in Verona, whose editions have been held since 1948. Among the concerts that have taken place in this theatre are those of James Bay, Tom Walker and Carmen Consoli.
