Camping Bay Fest 2022 Terms & Conditions

CAMPING BAY FEST 2022 Services and times:

The camping will be open from Wednesday August 10 at 12.00 to Monday August 15 at 12.00 (Five nights).

The entrance of the camping is personal and the area will have a 24-hour security service.

The management is not responsible for lost and stolen proprieties. It is recommended not to leave any valuables inside the tents.

At your arrival there will be a registration where you will have to show the PDF received at the moment of the purchase and an identity document.

After the registration a single use bracelet will be given to every customer. The bracelet will be necessary to access the camping area.

Every customer must exhibit his bracelet when requested by the staff.

In the camping will be installed an adequate number of port-a-potties for the customers and an area with steel washbasins and showers with hot water.

In the camping there won’t be the electricity in the pitch zone but there will be an area with communal electrical outlets.

In the camping there aren’t any markets or shops.

In the camping it is forbidden to light fires.

Animals are not allowed in the camping.

It is not possible to enter the camping area with cars or any other motor vehicles.

 

Bay Fest reserves the right to modify the rules of the camping in case of necessity due to the customer safety.
