Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista is a monumental complex located in Venice. The building features illustrious examples of Venetian Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque art and architecture, by Codussi and Tintoretto among others, and a museum open to the public that hosts events, conventions, conferences, concerts, exhibitions, weddings and galas. The Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista Museum consists of the Scuola building, the Church of the same name, the ancient graveyard and the two external campielli. A unique and prestigious location, that was founded in 1261.
