Comfort Festival 2021 Terms & Conditions

As per legislation, all the audience will be seated.
In particular, in the SINGLE PLACE area, there will be no chairs and the area will therefore be composed of a zoning on the ground consisting of "pitches" to sit in, with a capacity of 2 or 4 people. In this area, seats will be assigned upon arrival. The public can bring their own towel to sit on.
During the purchase phase, you can choose whether to buy tickets for groups of 2 or 4 people. Single tickets or tickets for 3 people can only be purchased in the NUMBERED SEATING area.

Please note that any variation, even artistic, in the festival program does not entail the possibility of requesting a refund of the ticket.

The time indicated refers to the start time of the first group in the program.

Given the current health situation, to access the place of the event, the Organizer may request that each spectator, individual user of each ticket, make an online registration to enter the self-declaration data and useful for tracing users. By law, the data will be removed from the Organizer's archives after 14 days from the date of the event. In order to avoid queues and waiting, it is recommended to register before arriving at the venue.
