The Olympic Theatre is included in the building that covers the northern part of the block bounded by Piazza Gentile da Fabriano, the Lungotevere Flaminio, Viale del Vignola and Via Giorgio Vasari. The area is central and well-connected, through the Lungotevere, with the whole city; it is also surrounded by wide, mostly tree-lined streets.
