T&C of participation for GHOST event
This show will be a phone-free experience.
Use of phones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.
Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Area in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.
Anyone seen using a phone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a bank or credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.
Terms & Conditions VIP PACK
All package purchasers will receive information on the event programme, check-in location, times and instructions for collecting the items included in the package 3-5 days before the date of the event at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. This information will be sent from vip@superfan.live or from the e-mail of the ticket office chosen to purchase the tickets. If you have not received this information 3 days before the performance, please contact us immediately at vip@superfan.live.
VIP ticket purchasers will have the opportunity to select a merchandising item. Should VIP merchandise be distributed on the day of the show, it can be collected at the designated VIP check-in location. Should the VIP merchandise be sent by post, you will be contacted in advance by e-mail to select the merchandising item in advance. There will be no partial or full refund if the ticket holder does not open the Superfan e-mail, does not select a merchandise item or does not provide a postal address within the specified deadline.
A valid photo ID matching the purchaser's name on the order must be presented to collect the material. Guests who do not present an identity document with a photo that matches the purchaser's name will be rejected.
They may be asked to sign a release and waiver of liability. Please remember that by purchasing a package you agree to be photographed during the event. These images may appear in a collective album
collective album visible to other event participants or may be shared by Superfan, the photographers and/or the artist for promotional purposes.
Events, dates, event location, merchandise, package content and services may vary from market to market and may be subject to change and cancellation at any time.
All sales are final and accordingly no refunds, exchanges, resales or transfers are permitted. All elements of the package will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note that this offer is not
valid if the ticket was purchased via Fan-to-Fan resale. Partial participation in a single-day event or a multi-day event is not eligible for a refund.
The artist, tour organiser, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the
reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to tickets for
single day tickets or additional packages.
The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, event venue or any other affiliated parties are not
are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase that may result in non-delivery of the product.
